Foolish decisions bring folly and heartache.  

So for those He loves, the God of Mercy brings an opportunity for a 1000 needful deaths, leading to precious renewal and restoration.

A penitent one may not see, in this life, the fruit of all their seed planted in tears.  But they can fully trust that in the end, God’s mercy will triumph over judgment, James 2:13.

Psalm 126:  A Song of Ascents.

     When the LORD reversed the captivity of Zion,
            it was like a dream.

     Our mouth was filled with laughter,
            And our tongue with joyful shouting;
           We said among the nations,
            “The LORD has done great things for us!”

     Yes, the LORD has done great things for us;
            We are so glad!

    Restore our fortunes, O LORD,
            As the streams in the South.

     For those who sow in tears shall reap with joyful shouting.

     And they who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed,
            will indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing their sheaves with them.
